Fiecare dintre aceste exerciții aduce diverse avantaje pentru sănătate, în funcție și de regularitatea cu care îl practici ori de intensitate.</strong></p>
<p>Când vine vorba de exercițiile de pilates, antrenorii de fitness spun că acestea vin la pachet cu opt avantaje importante pentru starea ta de sănătate și pentru forma ta fizică. Să vedem care ar fi acestea:</p>
<h3>1.Sunt foarte bune pentru abodmenâ</h3>

<p>Trunchiul beneficiază foarte mult de avantajele acestor exerciții de pilates. Poate mai mult decât în cazul oricăror alte exerciții. De fapt, după 36 de săptămâni de antrenamente pilates, femeile își întăresc mușchii abdominale responsabili pentru cele „șase pătrățele“ în medie cu 21% mai mult, eliminând în același timp dezechilibrul între partea dreaptă și cea stângă a trunchiului, potrivit unui studiu efectuat de <em>Medicine &amp; Science in Sports &amp; Exercise.</em></p>
<h3>2. Pot ameliora durerile de spate</h3>

<p>Un trunchi puternic înseamnă un spate fătă dureri, spune Tracy Zindell, antrenor de pilates, pentru shape.com. De aceea, persoanele cu dureri cronice de spate care au practicat pilates pentru numai patru săptămâni u constatat o ameliorare mai mare a acestora decât în cazul celor care au mers la medicul specialist, potrivit unui studiu efectuat de <em>Journal of Orthopedic &amp; Sports Physical Therapy. </em>Ba mai mult, nu au mai avut dureri nici în anul următor post-pilates. Oamenii de știință cred că prin stabilizarea regiunii lombare-pelviene (adică zona inferioară), exercițiile de pilates elimină stresul din zonă și cresc mobilitatea.</p>

<p>Pilates aduce beneficii încheieturilor datorită mișcările lente și controlate, care creează un exercițiu cu un impact minim. Unii instructori recomandă un preșuleț special de Pilates, gros cât 10 preșulețe de yoga. Zendell spune că acesta preia presiunea asupra spatelui și genunchilor.</p>

<p>Exercițiile de pilates au de fapt două mari avantaje și beneficii. Pe lângă cele fizice, Pilates aduce beneficii și asupra sănătății tale mintale îndemnându-te să te concentrezi asupra respirației, organismului și cum funcționează acestea împreună. este nevoie de multă concentrare, spune Zindell. „Nu poți fi în afara zonei“. <p>Când instructorul de pilates spune „ridică pelvisul de la sol“, de fapt spune „fă Kegels“, potrivit lui Zindell. Mișcări precum cele de întărire a mușchilor pelvieni, care măresc plăcerea în dormitor: un neașteptat, dar binevenit beneficiu al exercițiilor de pilates. „S-ar putea să ai orgasme mai bune cu ajutorul pilatesului. este uimitor pentru sex“, spune ea. <p>„Când te concentrezi asupra trunchiului, îți dai seama că toți mușchii sunt conectați la trunchiul tău. Fă o fandare fără să angajezi mușchii abdominali. O să te dezechilibrezi“, spune Zindell. „Cu un trunchi mai puternic, poți alerga mai repede, poți face yoga mai bine, și, per total, toate exercițiile fizice se vor îmbunătăți“, spune ea. În plus, dacă lucrezi în grupuri mici cu un instructor de pilates, poți învăța mișcări care pot îmbunătăți performanțele tale sportive în orice sport îți dorești.</p>

<div>„Mereu aud oameni spunând: Niciodată n-am fost flexibil, nu pot face pilates. Dar exact asta ar trebui să facă“, spune Zindell. Într-un studiu brazilian, când mai multe femei tinere (fără vreo experiență în practicarea pilatesului) au mers la 20 de ore de Pilates, acestea au devenit cu 19,1% mai flexibile. Când ești încordat, își scurtezi mușchii și limitezi posibilitatea de mișcare a corpului. În caz fericit, asta îți poate afecta performanța de executare a exercițiului. În cel mai rău caz, asta te poate răni.“</div>

<p>Joseph Pilated și numit exercițiul, metoda „de antrenare a minții omului“. Ar putea fi, bineînțeles. Când cercetătorii chinezi au măsurat schimbările în activitatea creierului la femeie după 10 săptămâni de antrenament de pilates, au descoperit o dezvoltare a activității neurale , a memoriei și altor funcții cognitive. Oamenii de știință cred că pilates ar putea avea potențial ca opțiune de tratament pentru oamenii cu boli neurodegenerative și disfuncții cognitive.</p>

<p>Din fericire pentru fanii ei, Kate este foarte deschisă cu rutina ei sportivă și cu obiceiurile sănătoase de viață pe care le adoptă. Nu i-a fost niciodată teamă să-și împărtășească succesele și insuccesele, ori luptele pe care le duce în viața ei. Recent, Kate care are 39 de ani, a povestit ce înseamnă să fii mamă pentru a treia oară și să ai o viață echilibrată.</p>

Ea declară că se concentrează foarte mult pe tonificarea mușchilor abodminali și ai trunchiului. „Pilates îmi face ziua mai bună și acesta este purul adevăr! <p>Are ritmul în sânge și nu-i e teamă să arate asta. O vei vedea des pe Kate Hudson dansând prin casă sau la petreceri. „Cred că exercițiile cardio sunt foarte importante, nu neapărat să alergi distanțe lungi, dar să faci ceva care să crească ritmul cardiac. De aceea ne place să dansăm“, spune antrenoarea ei.</p>
<p class="body-text">Kate face echipă și cu antrenoarea de dans, Nicole Winhoffer. „Este una din preferatele mele datorită faptului că are un spirit liber și e foarte simpatică“, a spus Winhoffer despre Kate.</p>

<p>Pe lângă Pilates, lui Kate Hudson îi place să facă cycling. Spune că este un exercițiu foarte bun mai ales atunci când nu ai prea mult timp la dispoziție. Kate spune că mai mult se distrează, decât să simtă că face un exercițiu.</p>
