										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>E vremea florilor de soc. De aceea, va propunem o bautura racoritoare si parfumata al carei ingredient principal este socul. Socata se prepara din florile proaspete ale acestui arbust, tocmai inflorit in aceasta perioada. Preferata mea este socata obtinuta fara zahar si drojdie. Socata se poate face si din flori uscate, insa dureaza putin mai mult pana incepe sa fermenteze.</p>
<h3>Ingrediente pentru socată</h3>
<p>• 10-12 flori mari de soc;<br />
• 1/2 kg de miere sau zahar;<br />
• 2-3 lamai mari;<br />
• 8 litri de apa rece;<br />
• 8 g drojdie proaspata (optional);<br />
• 1 borcan de 10 L.</p>
<h3>Mod de preparare socată</h3>
<p>Spalati bine florile de soc si bagati-le in borcan. Puneti si lamaia bine spalata si taiata felii. Dizolvati mierea sau zaharul in jumatate din apa rece cu ajutorul unei linguri de lemn. Daca adaugati drojdie o puteti dizolva intr-un pahar de apa calduta impreuna cu putina miere (sau zahar) si suc de lamaie si adaugati-o in borcan.</p>

<p>Completati cu restul de apa, dar lasati 2 degete libere la gura borcanului. Acoperiti borcanul cu o bucata de tifon si lasati la loc cald si insorit timp de 3-5 zile, functie de cat de acidulata o doriti.</p>
